This rhythm supports integration and sustainable change. ▫️ Individual Practices & Reflections Personalized exercises and impulses to support your process and nervous system between sessions. ▫️ Venus Gene Keys Reading If supportive, a personal Venus Gene Keys Reading can be integrated into the mentorship. It offers insight into subtle dynamics, inner patterns, and potentials that influence your relationships. ▫️ Ongoing WhatsApp Support Between sessions, you are welcome to reach out if questions or processes arise.
